John Deere 445 lawn tractor w/60" mowing deck in Chapel Hill, North Carolina For Sale

John Deere 445 lawn tractor with 22hp Kawasaki liquid cooled fuel injected gas engine with 639 hours. Power steering, hydrostatic drive with rear differential lock, power lift - shaft driven 60" mowing deck, auxiliary two stage hydraulics with quick connect couplers in front for attachments. I am the second owner, mower has always been stored indoors and serviced regularly. Plastic side panels have some cracks, seat has some cracks, and deck guide wheels/castors could use replacing. Engine and drive train run like a sewing machine. Price is reduced to reflect the needed small cosmetics and is firm. Recently purchased a zero turn and no longer need this mower.
